1. Overview
At Ecommaps, we are committed to providing high-quality software services. This policy aims to clarify your rights and our obligations regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests, in alignment with fair business practices and applicable laws.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Due to the nature of digital services (SaaS) which are consumed immediately upon activation:
- Non-Refundable: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started and the service is activated.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time from your dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged for the following month.
3. Yearly Subscriptions
We offer a money-back guarantee for yearly subscriptions under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date.
- Deduction: The value of one month (at the standard monthly rate without discount) + any administrative or banking fees incurred during the transaction will be deducted.
- After 7 Days: The yearly subscription fee is non-refundable, and the service remains active until the end of the year.
4. Exceptions (Full Refund)
A full refund (100%) is granted only in the following cases:
- Major Technical Failures: In the event of a technical error on our end that completely prevents you from using the platform, and our technical team fails to resolve it within 72 hours of reporting.
- Billing Errors: If a billing error occurs and you are charged an amount exceeding the agreed plan price.
5. Refund Process (Local Payments)
Since we support local payment methods (CCP / BaridiMob), the refund process is handled manually as follows:
- A refund request must be submitted via email to: support@ecommaps.com
- You must provide the Postal Account Number (CCP/RIP) or Bank Account Number (RIB) belonging to the same person or entity registered on the invoice.
- The transfer will be processed within 10 to 15 business days from the date of approval.
6. Merchant Responsibility Towards Customers
Important Notice: This policy governs the relationship between "Ecommaps" and the "Merchant". Ecommaps is not responsible for refund requests submitted by your store's customers. As a merchant, you are obligated to establish your own refund policy and bear full financial responsibility towards your customers in accordance with consumer protection laws.
7. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes before they take effect.
